This directory is deliberately short. 4 further operators appear in press coverage but have not been confirmed against their own site, so they are not listed. Unverified opening times and locations are worse than no listing at all.
Picking your tide
Most sea saunas sit at a slip, a set of steps or a pier, so the water has to come to you. Two hours either side of high tide is the working window. On a wide flat strand you need mid to high water instead.
